Refund / Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@meandiapparel.com – please indicate your order reference number and post code, detailing the item(s) you wish to return / exchange and the reasons for doing so.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return reference code and a downloadable returns label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without using the official returns label will not be accepted.
Return postage will be deducted from your refund total based on Royal Mail Tracked 48® rates (published online at www.royalmail.com), please note that the rate does depend on package weight and size.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will refund the original purchase amount to your original payment method within 48 hours of confirming our acceptance of the return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.

Deliveries are currently to UK mainland and selected international markets only.
UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) – FREE
UK standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48® and take 2-3 working days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. You can also add your contact number upon checkout to receive tracking updates via SMS.
UK Next Day Delivery (1 working day) *Orders placed before 2pm – £5.99
UK next day delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail TRACKED 24®. *Orders must be placed before 2pm (GMT/BST) Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will only be dispatched on Monday, orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be treated as being ordered on the following Monday.

International Deliveries (6-7 working days) - price shown at checkout in local currency
International delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and take 6-7 working days.
